I think you can't go wrong with a plain ol' white background. Or like I said set up an area to fit with the anime theme. Maybe put up some posters. I don't know just an idea

the problem is where to find one. There is one plain wall in my entire house, and it is in my garage, which has terrible lighting and I don't have good lamps to put in it.... soooo we may be stuck where I am right now. Perhaps I could hang a sheet over that wall or something? I dunno... I'll think about it.

Green screen FTW!! Well you don't have to sit throughout the entire VLOG, you could "warp" around to different locations in the area you are shooting!
