After Joining CreatorX - can I Quit Youtube?

I actually am a new YT partner, but do you think being a CreatorX network partner would imrpove search rank above just a normal YT partner? Thanks!
I think that full partners are more likely to come up in suggested videos and search, but I am not positive. I had my old channel fully partnered, and it did not seem to make to much of a difference as far as views. The thing that matters the most is your tags. :)

There was no difference at all in the placement of our videos when we joined Fullscreen.
I just noticed a slight increase in views when I joined RPM, but that may just be because I was growing. I went from around 25o views per day to 300, and I gained like 15 subs in the first 5 days of being partnered with them. It kinda slowed down again after that to a regular 300 views per day and about 1-2 subs per day. It may have all been a coincidence though. :)

If a Network forces you to upload any amount of content you should avoid them and not sign. That's crazy

Most contracts will say what they expect of you. Most of the contracts I've seen (non-gaming) say 2 videos per month. If you can't handle that, you shouldn't be looking to partner with a network.

A lot of them do. A contract is a document created to protect both parties. This could mean them saying you are expected to upload regularly. That said, they will not unpartner your channel or take legal action if you are a small channel with 100 subs. It is just not worth their time to unpartner and such. I am not sure about creator x, but a lot of contracts give you the responsibility of uploading regularly.

My last contract said just upload on a regular schedule, and that schedule is to be determined by the partner.

Not mine, I'd never sign such a agreement.
