YTtalk Promo Video 2 - Want to take part in a promotional video and help the forums?

Michael

I Love YTtalk
Hey everyone,

I am wanting to get the ball rolling for a second YTtalk promotional video allowing everyone to come together and collaborate in a video. If you would be interested in recording a short video of yourself saying a few lines promoting the site and would be interested in giving input into the project please say so in this thread.

This is in its very early stages but early organisation never hurts a project :) The video will be uploaded to some of our members channels and also the YTtalkTV channel and will be promoted outside of YouTube to help gain new members for the forum and hopefully some subscribers for yourselves and viewers.

You will be invited to a personal conversation with everyone who is taking part and our ideas for it can come together through there.

I would just like to add Th3StuffShow will be editing the videos once everything has been sorted out and he will be the one you need to send your video to.

For this video there are a few requirements:

1. Your video, audio and lighting must be decent quality and the audio must be clear (This is for consistency within the video), as long as the lighting works then that is fine.
2. You can record and submit a video within a few weeks of asking.
3. You dont mind this being uploaded around the internet with the potential of being monetised with all proceeds going towards YTtalk.com.

If you would like to take part, you know what to do :)

I'm on it. Where will I send it? When's the deadline?
Edit: Does this site have tagline? I'd like to include it in my video :D

I have nothing against Th3SuffShow, but maybe you should allow other people to edit the promo videos so that it is a bit different everytime.... just saying...

Maybe make it as a contest at the same time? Idk.
Why compete?
If you ask me, there could be more than one video. unless there's an angle I don't see, I think it's to our advantage to have lots more of these videos. hehe

there's the opportunity to make different themes of YTtalk promo videos with how successful the previous response was - I'm saying that we could have different themes - vloggers, musicians, gamers, and other random people lol :D

I like that idea.

You did a GREAT job on the last video dude. I would feel comfortable with you doing the editing. It was very professional. Why fix something that's not broken?
thanks dude

We dont currently have a deadline, the only tagline we have at present is the one under the logo although that could be subject to change. There is no rush at all by the way :)

Whoever is editing at the end will be the one you send it to. I chose Th3StuffShow because I have seen his editing capabilities, I am not saying others cant edit as good as him but he is someone I trust when it comes to reaching deadlines in a timely manner etc We can be open for people offering to edit but I would prefer someone who can do things by deadlines, I suppose we could have a vote on who does the editing, this is all in its very early stages and editing comes last so lets leave that till last when we decide.

I am wanting this one to only be people within it so it has to be kinda like a vlog style, well you in front of the camera anywhere you fancy as long as it meets the things above, so gaming footage for example cant really be a part of it, I believe that will add more professionalism to it and consistency. We want a video that flows well basically.

I dont think we will have a script for this so people are open to improvise, should be more fun for all involved that way and produce a more fun video.
