Youtubers Lying About Their Age

<< Was once one of those people lying about my age on the internet.

Now I only lie about my age to friends, family and enemies.

Yep. That's. What I said earlier except I didn't know the name of the law. But is actually for all websites that you have make an account for. The exception is if the website let's you sign up under 13 you have to provide parent email confirming permission like club penguin for example.
I remember when I played VMK (Virtual Magic Kingdom) back in the day, you had to have a parents email adress if you were under 13 or something. (I started playing it as 12, but I just used my own email lol) Gosh, I miss that game ;-; Why do they have to cancel everything I love? D:<

Considering the amount of people asking how to delete an old account with embarrassing videos in the help forums I think the age limit is even too low :)
I for myself only lie about my age in online forms because of privacy reasons. Although I wouldn't lie to somebody asking directly I wouldn't either tell my age.

I wouldn't mind if the age restriction was raised. I really don't like seeing videos from 12 year old boys with high pitched voices who have no idea what they are doing and don't do any editing or use good quality equipment. Having a higher restriction might lower the amount of minecraft videos uploaded which I think are way too abundant. If I had to pick an age restriction for YouTube, I would probably put it at somewhere like 15 or 16.
