Same here. I'd be filing a DMCA complaint or looking for an avenue for partial monetization. Since you're with a network, why not bring this issue to their attention? This kind of thing is what networks are supposed to help with (not saying they will help, but it's worth a shot).

Report him for writing tags in the description. I have seen a channel with 2+ million subscribers getting terminated for doing that.
Edit: You guys keep recommending to submit a DMCA, but is OP prepared to sue that guy? He can easily submit counter-DMCA and after 2 weeks his video will be back up if OP does nothing. DMCA takedown count as 1 strike so I doubt he will just take it.

I contacted Matt yesterday and he told me he will credit me and add to his "cool channels". After almost 15 hours he hasn't done it yet. So the only option to get revenue from that video or get his video down. I have already contacted my network yesterday but they are really slow and haven't replied to me yet

Gah that's awful. I hope your network gets back to you quickly! Not sure since I've never been in one, but are you able to pursue this on your own if they don't get back to you/ want to do anything?
