YouTube Vid Problem

Whenever I upload videos on my computer, people are able to watch it on a phone. Yet, no one can ever see it on a computer. I check my syndicate thing or whatever, and it is on all platforms. I don’t know what to do, please help!

What file format are you uploading to YouTube? Typically as long as YouTube can receive the file they can then process it on their end to make sure it is supported on multiple devices.
