YouTube Tagging

I was wondering if the first few tags have more weight or not.
I was thinking about this for sometime too.. Anyone have any clue on this?
Along with relevant title to help random folks find it in an appropriate search, I try to think of what someone who only watched the video once and is trying to remember it might type it to find it again.
That's a good way to go about thinking of the relevant tags.

I basically come up with so many search terms that my brain begins to hurt. I have reached the limit several times before, and when I do, I'll delete mediocre ones one by one until I'm under the limit by one :D

For example, in a Let's Play of The Last of Us, I'd enter in tags like this:

last of us, the last of us, last of, last, of, us, last of us remastered, last of us gameplay, the last of us part 1, the last of us lets play, the last of us game, the last of us ps4, the last of us ps3, zombie survival game, 2014 zombie games, playstation zombie games, the last of us part 2, the last of us walkthrough, the last of us playstation, the last of us first time, the last of us starting mission, the last of us first mission, the last of us prologue, the last of us funny moments, the last of us compilation.

Stuff like that, just imagine what search terms you would enter into Google if you were trying to find a video similar to what you're currently posting. You can usually get quite a few by thinking that way.
I was wondering about tagging does affect the search if it is in caps? EX: Last of US Remastered > last of us remastered , Last of Us > last of us, and so on

Can someone clarify how to format the tags?

As far as I know, you separate words by spaces, don't use commas/periods/semicolons and a phrase can have quotes around it, so something like..

the last of us "the last of us" is technically 5 tags?

Uppercase doesn't effect searches but punctuation can sometimes. I.e. Assassin's Creed or Assassins Creed could yield different results.
