Top 10 people on YouTube?? lol more like the top 10,000 , if you`re partnered with a high paying network and you are getting 25,000+ views daily that`s easily a day job...
With my average CPM and split if I was getting 25k views daily, I`d be making 240$ a day or 87600$ yearly and according to Socialblade.com there`s 53,458 channels getting more than 25k views daily :p
When you say 25k views daily, you mean monetized views right?

That's true. If I go to a community college and do youtube part time, I'll come out of college with no debt. My problem is that I hate school...

Sometimes we gotta do things we don't like I'm afraid. =/ If we all could just instantly create college degrees out of thin air, I'm sure most of us would, but we can't, so we have to work hard to get to where we want to be. I say good luck in your Youtube career man, I hope that once my partnership gets going I could start getting a decent bit of income from it myself, but that doesn't stop me from looking around at colleges and part time jobs. Just know that nothing's certain, and always have a backup plan for in case the Youtube stuff doesn't give you the income that you'd like.

What I really meant by "I hate school" is that "I don't buy into the idea that everyone needs to go to college."

What irritates me is when a kid says they want to get an art degree and become a famous artist, the teachers says “REACH FOR THE STARS!”. This sort of thing is just an unrealistic dream that will get you into a lot of debt, but the teachers keep on telling everyone to go to college even when the kid probably shouldn’t.

Ah right, I can see where your coming from, but I still stress the importance of having a backup plan, be that involving college or not.
