Youtube Doesn't Care About Smaller Channels

I must agree. It's almost as if people are going to start using this layout change as some kind of excuse as to why they don't get the views they are hoping for. Frankly, it won't make a single difference as to whether people notice your channel or your videos. It also won't make a difference as to whether they subscribe when they see your channel/video.
 
The way that youtube had changed the layout and stuff is very brain washy. I can hear a voice in my head that says "come, joine us, we are the youtubers, we will take your money"
 
I feel you on that...however, I'm still not gonna stop doing what I do! Sometimes, we gotta roll with the punches and adapt! :D

I mean I'm sorry but people like you gets me on my nerves , as much as you would love to think that YouTube is some god-like Illuminati entity b******t, it's not a very profitable company yet, hosting all those videos takes a crazy amount of money that they pain to get back from advertising, what you're saying is essentially : "f*****g YouTube, I just hate how they only focus on people that will help them stay in business , f**k them". Also if that was the case , they wouldn't write guides for upcoming YouTube stars like the awesome YouTube playbook that essentially tells you how to act on YouTube in order to get noticed. Stop laying on your a** and get working on your videos instead of complaining about "the man" like a 15 year old.


Never got that angry on this forum, again i'm sorry, it's just this type of comments that gets me on my nerves.

I don't like it and there is no one who can change my mind.

Yes, they as a company, they have to earn their money. They earn money via the bigger channels.

But we're the foundation of YouTube. We, the viewers. I watch a lot of YouTubers. Where would they be without viewers? No where!

This design makes me want to click out of the channels because it's become too "brainwashy". It's not personal anymore.

(Speaking as a viewer, not a YouTuber.)
 
I mean at the end of the day, I think it's just how you look at it. Sure, you are doing something you truly like and love and you want to share it with as many viewers as you can is good, however if that doesn't come around I think that only means you need to think of how to get around it. I mean it's only going to get tougher but if you start to feel it's like a chore? Just step back a little take a breather and just remember where your roots in making videos are for. Just my 2C. I mean this is with or without the layout.
