So i was wondering what content i should be doing, and in which direction i should take. i mean i can do almost anything and that is the beauty of YouTube but then again there is just so much. so i thought, why not ask my fellow you tubians (can we be called that?) what would you guys want to see? what content as a viewer are you looking for that is not to cliche and overused. as right now i have not found a market and am simply throwing all kinds of stuff out there. would really appreciate it if y'all could gimme some advice as to stuff you personally want to see?

Rule 1

Do what ever you want and stop caring what other people think.
Rule 2 ... reread rule 1.[DOUBLEPOST=1456674215,1456674072][/DOUBLEPOST]
yeah no i get that, but i mean like i said, there is just so much to do. would not mind some help in the right direction.
The thing is.. if you do things to try to be popular it wont work.. people can tell when they watch a video that you are trying to do something that has been done that you really aren't interested in, but doing it to try to get an audience.. Where as if you do what you want, and post it you will find an audience of like minded people. Your focus should be on having fun and doing what you enjoy.

Do music covers of opera songs

Rule no 3, if rule no 1 is not followed hyperbole the s**t out of them so they get rule 1

Rule 2 ... reread rule 1.[DOUBLEPOST=1456674215,1456674072][/DOUBLEPOST]

I understand that finding a niche is pretty crucial these days to standing a real chance of breaking out, but ultimately it should be about what you're passionate about. I mean, even in a saturated industry like gaming or beauty, there will always be a few who get lucky because they're good at what they do, they have great personality and/or their dedication shines through in the videos.

Sometimes, it takes trying a few different things before figuring out what you really want to do. For example, when I started my channel in May, I was photography and editing tutorials only. Then a couple of months down the line, I had a change of heart and now I'm educational videos with a comedy twist.

Do whatever comes naturally and eventually, you'll find the path you're supposed to go down. Usually, it takes a little exploring first so don't stress it if an answer doesn't appear straight away!

I always think you should think about visiting YouTube and try to figure out what kind of videos would get you to click on them. What would be the perfect channel for you? That's the channel you should make. Creation is all about bringing into the world what we are looking to see in the world, and the same holds true for YouTube videos. Be the creator of the videos you'd love to see yourself.
