Your Youtuber Username..

Honestly "LifeIsARide" sounds like a collab channel, but whatever I'll go with it. So how do I use the name?

Signing up it tells you to put your first and last in, or it says google username when you create a new gmail? And @PressRecord, can you message me with you mean?

I'm just saying with a name like that one you have more to work with. If your name is heypancakeninja059498383x3Q you can't really market that name because noone will remember it. If you can find a username with just a couple words it is more marketable. And something like LifeIsARide it's a phrase that is very easy to remember. And you can market the phrase on shirts and much more. I'm just saying from a business standpoint it wouldn't be bad =)
 
I went for a name that had incorporated me in some way and hopefully says to my audience I want to involve them too. I came up with WeKanGame. My name is Andrew Kan so it just worked for me :)
 
I like LifeIsARide. Most people use their names so that already gives you a bit of originality. I think you thought of a good name. Then you could build of that with LIAR and make that the nametag for other stuff.
 
I was thinking about my using my full name, but I'm Croatian and I figure people will have difficulty trying to spell my last name. So I thought of something plain and simple 3PIC98
 
After deliberating over creating my own channel name for quite a while; I ended up making my channel name TableSpawn. I think it's easy enough to remember, and it suits a gaming channel.

I like LifeIsARide though, it's important that a YouTube name is short enough and easy to remember, and LifeIsARide is also a great name to brand yourself with.
 
Ok so going to clear out a video spot to hopefully start this week. Now I'm wondering something, or a few things.
1) I edited the display name on Google+ and then I tried searching, it came up with nothing?
2) Should I use the channel I already have set up, or create a new channel entirely? I feel more to the latter.
3) How about LifewithTravis?

I like LifewithTravis more than LifeisaRide. Easier to type and read and has a more personal touch to it. If you want to be a big YouTuber, you'll probably want people to connect with you, and you are Travis, not 'a ride.'
