I upload 4 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday). I keep my videos on the short and simple side, so that I can record and edit them within a matter of hours. I think one of the most important things with scheduling videos is knowing how much time you want to spend on each video, and then work backwards from there.

I always try to post three videos a week. Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. It's all about balance and what works best for you. I also think it's about planning ahead. It takes more time to create a video if you have no idea in mind. Every Sunday I sit down and think of the videos I want to create the week ahead. It really helps!
