your growth? slow fast?

I started mid 2013 and my growth is pretty slow, I'm at around 360 subscribers,
I have had times when I'm inactive for a few weeks, and I have ended up deleting a lot of my videos because I don't like them
But admittedly, I did had absolutely awful quality for the first... Probably 2 years, so I'm not surprised at my slow growth!

Mine is pretty slow. I started my channel a year ago but only started doing consistent uploads two months ago. A week ago I've started to up it to two videos a week. I'm at 11 subscribers with 4 of those coming in the last couple weeks. Hopefully this is the start of an upward trend. Views per day are starting to pick up too. I've got about 14 maybe 15 videos up compared to the 3 I had when I started to get serious about it.
 
My growth is relatively nonexistent currently, but that is OK. I have 8-9 vids, but a lot of early work was just trial and error. Still polishing my style and trying to get an improved audio setup asap. Since with gaming I'll be consistently putting up at least 1 video every single day I do expect my growth to speed up a fair amount once I up my production value. (trying hard as hell to get the 300-400$ I'm lacking for a full upgrade in audio quality and some extras :( with it will have zero excuses for lack of activity)
 
3000 subs in that time is very good. Congratulations! I think my growth is pretty slow but I have a feeling it has to do with my consistency. I make animations and they can take a while to do. I don't plan on stopping though because I love what I do and I see the potential. I have been making videos for a little over 3 months and I am at 75. Recently I have been getting about 1 to 3 subs a day consistently so that is helping as well. I want to reach 100 before 2017 and I know I can do it.
 
Imma phone junkie, soooo i do everything from my phone, KINEMASTER is the best app for editing omg, i cant stress this enough, try it yall

I'm 7 months in I started doing 2 videos a week then increased it to 3minimum but at the moment I have 6 Games I am uploading so I do 1 video of each game per week so 6 videos a week now and I am only on 56 subs so 3k in 10months you have it all figured out people don't get that kind of subs on average for 18 to 24months down the line I dabbled in the research of it.
