your growth? slow fast?

Grats! I think it's pretty fast :) Can't remember when I started, I think I started around June and I TRY to make one video per week and so far I only got 72 subs

You are doing really well. I have been making videos for just over a year and have 1096 subs atm
 
10 months and 3k subs is great growth. really you have nothing to worry about. I've been doing this 3 months and I've got 39 subs, but to be fair I've not done am awful lot of promoting yet. Keep up the good work x

i think it is the fact i do try and promo myself and i see a lot of channels with loads of subs i compare myself so I'm always unsure on how well i am doing[DOUBLEPOST=1478565013,1478564967][/DOUBLEPOST]ah so we are both doing well then my friend just told me it took her a few years to reach 1 k!

That's pretty fast in my opinion! I bet in your next 10 months, your subscriber count will at least double due to the snowball effect :D

For me, I'm at an okay pace for doing YouTube for 4 months. I'm at 168 right now and hopefully 200 soon.

I want to get 300 subs by next year and I relied on SEO to get more views
 
You're lucky, actually. I've had this channel for 2+ years now and my other channel is older and barely an increase in subs but probably because I didn't upload frequently.
