Your Biggest Youtube Fail?

It's hard to appreciate what makes Youtube awesome without acknowledging the low points too. Often, a lot of these fails are a rite of passage for becoming big on Youtube.
So yeah, lets hear it.

I think my biggest fail is a comedy video I made. I basically dressed up overkill in exercise gear, nike sweat bands etc, and 'exercised wrong' at the public gym in the park. Awkward would be the appropriate word, haha.
Sometimes I feel cool about it, like 'yay, overcoming fears and such', but most of the time I'm so so embarrassed by it.

I uploaded a video that took 15 hours of time lapse footage and some real time footage to shoot, about an hour to edit, and about 8 hours to upload. When I woke up and looked at the video, I forgot to crop the time lapsed part of the footage so there were black bars on the sides! I don't accept this anymore so I took the video down, edited it, then re-uploaded the next night. I was hoping this video would go viral, but it's still at around 5 or 6 thousand views. My videos that take almost no effort usually get way more views lol

Moved this over to YouTube Chat, Gossip and Help.

On my very first channel I recorded a video that was too long, and so I couldn't publish it. My very first video, ****** up.

That was in 2010 though. From what I remember, I believe unlocking the ability to publish videos longer than 10 minutes is much easier now.

well I have a second channel now and my first video is 46 minutes long, think that was a mistake.
second mistake was doing a second channel I think, I can't think of things to video already.
I did make a spam & eggs video, it was tasty.

Hell I wish I could put no effort into my videos an still gain that many views lol

I uploaded a video on YouTube, then I realized that the video had some unstable green screen pixels, that was the bad fail of my video. I didn't delete that video bcz it took me lot of effort making that video :)

Reading the workout embarrassment made me cringe >.<

My worst fail was doing a video that I thought was funny, sharing it on reddit, and it just getting a massive amount of dislikes and people saying "This video sucks" "This isn't funny"

I made the video private shortly afterwards

You know what they say, "go big or go home". I made a big cringe ^^

I think every comedian endures years of being told they're not funny and they suck before they get it right, so no biggie :)
