Gay or straight it's important they come forward. I'm not saying Craig did or he didn't because I don't know enough but I think the people making videos are showing that consent is consent regardless of gender or sexual orientation.Sigh. Not again. And now it hits the gay YouTube community. Like gay men need to be thought of as sexual predators--thanks for dialing back the clock, Craig. It's interesting how similar these stories are to all the others so far, from young victims to requires for pictures to alcohol to total lack of self-awareness on the abuser's part. I have always said that the world doesn't divide between gay and straight but men and women. Sadly, my point has been proven.

You know, I had a similar thought, but then I asked myself whether I would have the same thought if the rape were of a woman. The answer is no--the powerlessness can make someone totally freeze (as terrifying explained in the Sam Pepper accusation video). While I would hope that I would act if someone tried to force me to have sex, I can't honestly say I would have the faculties in that moment of shock. So, I decided that what you are saying (and what I thought) might be a double-standard. Also, I am told that same sex rape is a real thing and just as traumatizing. I think it's just hard to imagine or empathize with as a guy.[DOUBLEPOST=1415655636,1415655573][/DOUBLEPOST]I very much agree with this comment on the response video of Craig:
"Was that Tate guy not able to slap you in the face and just stand up and leave if he didn't want it? Was he afraid you would kill him or something? Why would he stay the night and sleep next to the person who raped him and let it happen a second time in the morning? Why laying there and getting ******, then keep chatting and having fun like nothing happened and then suddenly decide to make a video and say he was raped? Does that make sense to anyone?"
Yes, but women combine all their evil in to their teen years. (j.k. don't hate on me please.)Women can be just as evil trust me.
I know its not you that wrote the comment but I actually found this is quite upsetting. People who're raped often describe it like an out of body experience because they struggle to believe that it is really happening; especially if its someone they trust. At times the person may question what they experienced and wonder whether they (the victim) are in the wrong (e.g. unconscious signs they were giving off). Sometimes it takes a lot of time to accept what has happened to you and realise that what happened isn't right. I don't mean to lecture but this is something I have a strong opinion on.I very much agree with this comment on the response video of Craig:
