Working with other youtubers

Was just wondering if you guys have any requirements for youtubers you do videos with?
Not how known they are, but how they are personally

You don't know how many people I've had to turn down because of this rule.

Depends if I like talking to them. When people ask me to collab, I usually tell them to talk to me on Skype a bit first or twitter. It's awkward playing with someone you don't really know. The only exception to this rule is if I really like your channel, then I may go straight for the collab as you've already proven yourself to be awesome.

lol thats honestly a huge rule, seeing as your channel size is unimaginable for most gamers, just saying.
