Why my account has been suspended after 1 mistake strike?

The reason his account was terminated was explained by him when he posted that snippet of the TOS.

"You. Agrees not to use or launch any automated system (including, without limitation, any robot, spider [" spider "] or offline reader) accessing the Service so that it sends more request messages to servers on YouTube in a certain time interval for which an individual could reasonably produce in the same time interval using a publicly available and usually web browser.

Youtube has detected that he has sent requests to their servers (messages advertising his channel...comments on videos, etc) that happened so frequently that Youtube has determined that it could not be done by a human. In other words, they think he is using software (e.g. Tube Toolbox, etc) to automatically promote his channel and/or videos via comment spamming. He will not get his account back now that he has hastily made his appeal. He had an almost 0 chance anyway as YT really frowns on that sort of thing.

His only chance might have been to say he hired a PR firm and that they admitted to him afterward that they automated their promotion by using comment bots and that he has cut ties with them and that it will not be a problem in the future. That type of explanation is the only thing I've ever seen work in cases like this and that was only like 2 times.

He has no chance to get that channel back.
