Why my account has been suspended after 1 mistake strike?

I were get back my channel and appeal my video.
This is my video (I can't add video, how can I do it?)

But youtube very stupid when keep their decide, their decide: my video is spam. OMG?
My video have more 23 million views + a lot likes from my fans after 2 years. Now, I'm very sock and angry with their stupid!
I swear I'm not fake anything: title, tags, or tags in description. I am not stupid, I don't need do that when my channel is very large.
After they are refuse my appeal, my channel has been suspended again! 2 emails is SAME TIME again! I'm sure their system have problem! It's auto block my channel after 1 strike!
It's stupid!
How can I get back my channel again??? And I want appeal my video, too.

I'm not sure if you can. If you owned everything it's definitely strange that they disabled your account. They usually will ban people who upload copyrighted content.

Yes, very strange. But I were get my channel back AGAIN.
I'm very angry about it. I were appeal my video, and they were refused. Now, I didn't any chance to appeal anymore. Not fair!
