HI all,
I hope you can help me. I can't understand about my case:
- Today, I've received 1 mistake strike from Youtube at 11:34 PM:
" Hi,
The YouTube community flagged one or more of your videos as inappropriate. After reviewing the content, we've determined that the videos violate our Community Guidelines. As a result, we removed the following videos from YouTube:
"xxxx"

Misleading descriptions, tags, titles, or thumbnails designed to increase views are not allowed. Tags should only be placed in the appropriate tag section and not in the description. It's also not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted, or repetitive content, including comments and private messages. Learn more here.

Your account has received one Community Guidelines strike, which will expire in six months. Additional violations could prevent you from posting content to YouTube or even lead to your account getting terminated."

and other email at 11:34 PM:

"YouTube Account Notification
We'd like to inform you that due to repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines () your YouTube account xxx has been suspended. After review we determined that activity in your account violated our Community Guidelines, which prohibit spam, scams or commercially deceptive content (). Please be aware that you are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts. For more information about account terminations and how our Community Guidelines are enforced, please visit our Help Center at "

Despite the above, YouTube allows owners of public search engines using robots of type "spider" in order to copy materials from the site and create indices of the materials publicly searchable, no records or archives of such materials. YouTube reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in cases .. specific You agree not to collect or recover the Service any information that can identify users (including account names), nor use the communication systems of the Service (as comments or email) for the purposes of type commercial. Maybe someone hacked your account and used it as a bot to spam other channels? That's what it sounds like.

Because none of us make Google nearly enough money for us to matter to them.

I'd have to know more about what your channel was about/what they think you did, but I believe you can attempt to appeal their decision.[DOUBLEPOST=1430591345,1430591273][/DOUBLEPOST]I'd have to know more about what your channel was about/what they think you did, but I believe you can attempt to appeal their decision.

Thanks for your reply, But they always reply:

The YouTube Team

I can't believed it, omg, they are super stupid! I very tired of about your decide.

Seeing that English is your second language, I'd say you pretty much blew your appeal. Should have came here first and explained the situation so the nice folks here could help you.

Check your google account for previous logins: support.google.com/mail/answer/45938?hl=en

The first email was pretty clear that they believed you were using spammy tags, descriptions, etc. Occasionally, if the violation is serious enough, you get banned right away. It's possible if you did this on a ton of videos, they only bothered to send you one email but really it was because of several. The second email talks about using software to automatically leave comments, post stuff, crawl the site, etc. If you didn't do this, it's possible someone got hold of your account and used it to spam, so that's why you need to check previous logins and include it in your appeal. Make sure you do research on appealing your suspension, because you usually only get one shot.
