Why is this happening?

Here is the average watch time of one of my videos. Notice how in the first few seconds of the video, over 75% of people watching already left. Why is that happening? If it helps, most of the views came from one of TheDiamondMinecart's videos. Mine showed up in the suggested videos of his.

That looks like you are using clickbaity titles, misleading thumbnails or irrelevant tags. People expect something different than they get when they click your video and thus leave early.

Doesn't make sense. When people searched for the game I played in YouTube search, according to my analytics people watched over half of the video on average. When people clicked on my video coming from Dan's video, the average watch time was half of that. Why do you think? It's not because people don't like my content, I can tell you that much...

Kids that like Dan goes to your video on accident

and goes away.

huh? that makes no sense, they probably got bored or didnt like the content, thats whay they left, thats why anyone stops watching a video lol or what Grgakgames said they thought it was dans video.
