Why does Youtube have so much spam lately?

It's always funny when the comment is supposedly 'related' to the video but really fails and looks stupid.
 
I actually think the spam is more under control than last year. Literally there was a point when like every other comment was spam, seems way less now. I dunno why YouTube doesn't just implement a CAPTCHA feature or something for comments.

I think there's a point where if you have commented a certain amount of times within a certain time frame, you have to start captcha-ing to comment. It's hella annoying, but it would stop bots, which would be a relief.
 
What is sad is that when I check the channel doing the spam, it shows the other videos where they spammed and half the time, the owner of the channel hasn't removed it.
