Why are my videos screwed up after uploading?

OK I now have 6 videos live:
All the same and all produced on the same machine, 3 were uploaded via my desktop PC using Google Chrome and 3 were uploaded via my laptop also using Google Chrome. (Interestingly, my Laptop uploads videos about twice as fast as my Desktop PC even though the Desktop has a wired connection and the Laptop is wireless?)
Results are:
Desktop PC Upload #1 = OK (Video is fine)
Desktop PC Upload #2 = OK (Video is fine)
Desktop PC Upload #3 = OK (Video is fine)
Laptop Upload #1 = OK (Video is fine)
Laptop Upload #2 = OK (Video is fine)
Laptop Upload #3 = OK (Video is fine)
Well it seems today that both machines are uploading fine??!! Seems really odd as i'd proved it was just the PC a couple of days ago. It would fail on the PC so i'd try the laptop and it would be fine, that happend 3 or 4 times in a row. Odd. Only thing thats different today is the actual video, but again the old video that failed on the PC worked fine on the laptop. So I can only guess that there must be something in my export settings that my desktop PC does not like but my laptop does. Will take quite a bit of testing to figure that out.
