I've Got It
Hi guys I've been stuck on 50 subs for two weeks and my subscription count isn't moving. How do I change this? What I'm doing wrong?
Concentrate on your content - if you're able to upload consistent high quality content then subscribers will find you without having to promote as much. It's much better to have a high video view count than subscriber count. I suggest working on your view count; that's what will drive up your subscribers at the same time. ;-)Hi guys I've been stuck on 50 subs for two weeks and my subscription count isn't moving. To how many people? Is this your personal FB to your friends or through a page to others? Are those who receiving updates genuinely interested in the content? Theres quite a lot of things to think about to be honest.

facebook and twitter arent that good in my opinion unless you already have a substantial fan base I reach out to other sites also asking people to share your videos helps as well. Befriending people here on ytalk have also gotten me subs simply because ive become friends with that user and they like my content. So sometimes I get shares, like, comments from just people on ytalk alone. Lurk the forums as well I have found interesting info on yttalk for the short time i have been here that could help you out.I promote on this channel and on my facebook and twitter
Well I have 35 facebook likes and over 500 friends and 78 twitter followers
I would do as Jon has said, it seems like the best thing for you to do between the two and focusing too much on promoting could take away your focusing on your content.
