Where Do I Go From Here?

Consistency is definitely a big factor but also it depends on your contents and quality. But i will suggest trying to upload as frequently as possible if you do have plan to go big. But again man it all depends on your contents.

Other then that man its all about luck!! Good luck and keep up the good work!

Its not all about editing though. Cramming content when you weren't really ready to film the content is fake and people will notice it. Especially when you're small. I don't care if I'm not consistent for now if that means that my content will get better quality wise because I am taking my time to do it right.

If you don't care that you are not consistent then growth will be very hard - if you are taking time to do it right, I suggest you find a time where you CAN be consistent/along with quality. imo-- or you may just see very slow growth.

Your still in early stages so now you have your channel all pretty, maybe have a real think about what it is you want to do.
it's not too late to wipe your video's and start again.
consistency shouldn't be confused with regularity, you can drop a video every 2 weeks, as long as it's every 2 weeks it's consistent.

if you going for quirky oddball type video's then maybe start with something a bit fun.
you seem to have access to a pizza shop so why not start doing pizza videos?
some favorite pizza's and then some experimental pizza's like nutella & strawberries
fruit pizza's, marshmellow pizza's, yuk pizza's, things like that.

Maybe do a pizza video every week and another type of video the other week.

Something to make people want to subscribe and watch you again, those pizza video's could go semi viral at times too.

i wouldn't go with too much of your personality, let the video's work for you, don't smoke, I found people are put off by smoking, cut the swearing and you will get more subs.

You should look at making video's that are watchable next year and so on, i'm keen on seeing pizza video's though.
maybe get a better camera too, those narrow video's are hard to watch.

While the part of "Consistency" and "Regularity" may be true, it still doesn't help - if you are "consistent" with one video every 3 months right? No one would sub to a channel that puts out a video every 3 months -- there's a fine line between just how consistent you want it to be -- I did touch on the fact that some channels do put out 2 videos a week or so, like Smosh -- since those are so heavily edited. I still disagree with such a wide open schedule such as one video every 2 weeks unless he's throwing out a one hour long awesome TV show.

I did mention he could do one per week, a pizza video one week, an oddball the next,
that would make him consistent and regular.

any more then one video per week is too much for most channels unless you have 100,000+ subs and your just wanting to cash in on hits.

Your video's imsaiyan on the other hand is complete opposite to what a consistent & regular channel wants.
your over saturating content for your subs, your subs would be getting your notifications every time you post, i'd imagine they would be annoyed with so many notifications from the one small channel, you don't have the subs to be posting so frequently, 2 per day? you will burn out and then your regularity will drop too, surely you can see that with 2 month old videos you have with less than 30 views, it's not really working mate

2 videos a day is pretty regular for a gaming channel, I'd suggest you actually do some research online. A channel about fixing crap doesn't really relate to gaming does it? Who knows man, maybe when I get to your age in 20 years I may change my content on YT.

you come in to this thread and tell this guy he's going nowhere, then looking at your own channel I expected something and got nothing, 20 view vids and you tell this guy he'll never make it? but you haven't either so how do you know?

Ok, so I went through my channel, threw up new channel art, did thumbnails, re tagged my videos and did everything to make it look nice. Now what do I do with it? I'm stuck. I don't know what else I can do for my channel. I want to get it out there and I did a lot of spreading it around on Twitter and Facebook yesterday. What do I do now?

Crank out videos day after day for months on end. Yt is a grind before the algorithm picks you up, if it ever does. There are no shortcuts only long hours.

This. Just keep at it. Evaluate every 6 month or so to see if anything can be improved or changed. Sometimes luck would be by your side and you get suggested by youtube, if not, (other than trying to promote externally), your best bet is to get ranked in searches.

I just try not to upload when I don't feel like making a video. I want it to be natural not forced.

That's fine, but you're not going to grow at 2 videos per month, on average. YouTube rewards creators with consistent upload schedules, because they want viewers watching the advertisements as often as possible.
