When's the new 2013 layout being put on?

Agreed as they have to communicate via social media say for instance there is a serious system outage by having the offical company page most likely you can be informed on the situation:}

i actually want to see how it's goin turn out not really sure if it will be optional maybe youtube makes that decision based on how the users channel is performing and it would be nice to test it out.:)
 
Well it's suppose to be for tablets and iPhones and such, I just hate the whole banner idea, it doesn't look appealing at all

Am I the only partnered youtuber that's upset by this?
Not because unpartnered youtubers will have a banner, because there are tons of un-partnered 'tubers that work just as hard as partnered ones...but because we no longer have a separation and levels to work up to...
 
I'm upset about it, I just became partner this week and I wanted it for the background I have and now It going to change? I think it's stupid, nothing's going to attract anyone to people channel cause nothing makes the unique (except for the banner) but come on, the background is what it's all about...

I completely agree, when I click on someones channel and see a banner, as sad it may sound, I am more intrigued to watch their videos because I'm like "Hey a network felt they were good enough to partner....so I should defiantly check out whats going on with their channel". So I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that way.
I was excited at gaining the feature of having a banner....and now is completely devalued the fact that I worked hard to get a partnership with Fullscreen.
