I've Got It
Hey guys, I'm a gaming channel and was wondering when the best time to sign with a network would be, and what I mean by that is what types of numbers should I have on my channel? Should I wait a year, wait til I get 10k subs, or have 100k views? (Random numbers)

I have been doing Youtube for 5 weeks now, and I have just under 500 views a day and 532 subs. When should I be looking to get into a partnership? What type of channel stats will I want, and who will I want to look at?

Thanks for the help guys!

There are different sizes of networks. Some have very low requirements, some higher. Which ones are you looking at?

532 subs in 5 weeks? Anyway, wait till you have alot of subscribers like 10k. If you go to them with a low sub count they will offer you a crappy contract that will offer you nothing.

There is no guideline as to when you should sign with a network.

That is completely up to you.

However, you just have to keep in mind that many networks have minimum requirements and rules if you wish to join them.

Dude take advice from me most of the networks will f u on money 60/40 which will make you no money at all. If your getting 1k+ views a day and have 1k subs go with Union for Gamers. Its the best out there right now for gamers. Also on another note they will make sure your account wasnt botted.

I'm looking into UFG the most. Are you with them? And I don't have to worry about that my stuff isn't botted.

No but I have 2 friends that are with them and they have nothing but good things to say. Unlike with RPM they have nothing but a terrible contract. Their support is also terrible.

In general: 10k views per month at least. 100k is better. 1m per month is even better.

If you are in talking with either of those networks, you can ask em my favorite question for a rapidly growing channel: do you have a better offer if I get bigger? What would that offer be? How big do I need to be to get it?

Then you wait to sign until they will offer you that deal.

Also, keep your options and ears open. Don't only consider 1 or 2 networks.
