What's the hardest milestone to reach? (In subscriber count)

Oooh, I never looked at it like that before, that's an interesting perception
Haha, yes. Many people talking about exponential growth from 1000, so I hope my channel soon will take off. The reality is I have to work hard and "fight" to even keep the consistent growth. I hope for you guys I'm just an expection :D

Well, I wish you the best for your channel & hopefully that exponential growth is coming your way soon! :)

getting 0.0000000001 subscriber was hard...

I got to 100 pretty fast, doing all social media stuff. But now the sub train stopped, whoever was interested is already subscribed and I can see that the next 400 are going to be really really difficult.

well first thing you gotta do is get batman to subscribe and then 10 billion sub will follow. then again....no one has ever seen batman....

For me, I'd say 500-1000. The first 50 and 100 came rather quickly, and now I'm almost at 500. But 1000 seems so far away as of now!

I would say 100,000 subscribers would be the hardest milestone to reach. Sure everyone says 1,000 but guess what? Most people will eventually make it past 1,000. And you won't magically start growing after you pass 1,000.

I feel like 100,000 is the make or break point because 99% of youtubers won't make it past 100,000 and those that do, are pretty much set for life- as in able to do youtube for a living.
Those that don't reach 100,000 will eventually quit.

1-50?
50-100?
100-500?
500-1000?
1000-5000?
5000-10,000?

I'm guessing it would vary with different channels, but at which point during posting videos is the most difficult to get to the next milestone with?

I would probably go with 100-500 myself, as 100 doesn't take that long to get to since there aren't as many people and once you've reached 500 subscribers it should be an easier journey as you have more traffic.

But what do you think?
I'm having some big trouble getting to 100, but in theory prolly 100-1000. Once you hit 1000 you pretty much have steady growth.
