I think the first 100! I don't upload regularly enough right now, though. When I did upload regularly I received subs more often.
What's the hardest milestone to reach? (In subscriber count)

Getting to 100 subscribers took me about 11 months.
But getting from 100 to 1K subscribers(so close/nearly there) only took me 4 months because of following lots of people on Twitter and DM telling them to check out my Youtube channel or new video and improving my videos alot more.
I will reach 1K subscribers on Youtube by the weekend.
As everybody say this once you get your 1st 100 subscribers on Youtube then it becomes easier and easier.

This is the first week that I am trying out a schedule. Im trying to figure out if I want 3 videos a week or 2. Really depends on how many videos I can pre-record and edit

Cool stuff! That sounds like a good amount, but yeah however much you can handle! Quality over quantity I'd say

But i think getting to 100K subscribers on Youtube will be the hardest milestone as it will take lots of effort and work in to your videos and time and trying to get people to subscribe to you!
My overall goal is to reach 100K subscribers with in 3/4 years and i truely believe i can do it and be successful on Youtube!

I've noticed this with a lot of people's channels on here. I think instead of just putting in the random characters as a link they put the whole thing, including "Youtube.com"
