What's the hardest milestone to reach? (In subscriber count)

50-100?
100-500?
500-1000?
1000-5000?
5000-10,000?

I'm guessing it would vary with different channels, but at which point during posting videos is the most difficult to get to the next milestone with?

I would probably go with 100-500 myself, as 100 doesn't take that long to get to since there aren't as many people and once you've reached 500 subscribers it should be an easier journey as you have more traffic.

But what do you think?

It was difficult to reach 100 subs! But i have reached finally and now looking for 500

I'd guess the first 100.

I think 1,000. I feel like the first 100 is actually really easy if you try, since a lot of people will subscribe just because they think they'll get a subscription in return. Once you get to around 200-300 though, less people will do that, and subs will start to come in slower. 1,000 is kinda that hump that once you cross it, it's easier to start letting the channel grow on its own.

I'm finding that from where I am at right now to 1000 is very hard. The subscriptions don't come in like they used to when I first started.

I don't think there is an answer to this. There is talk of exponential growth for channels but even that varies depending on the strength of your community. One subscriber at a time.

I'm not even at 50 yet, so I'll say the first 30. The only 30 I have lol. I guess I would have more if I was more consistent with timing and the type of content, but even when I am it's a slow crawl.

before I was at 100 everyone was telling me the hardest milestone was 100, now I am at 100 they say its 100-500. Is this a prank? Is youtube always going to be a slow build until I die

For me it was the first 100. After that. It was smooth sailing for me.
