What was your first experience with YouTube

How did you become introduced to the YouTube site on it's own, as a viewer? I remember the first video I watched on YouTube was almost 10 years ago, when I was 9 years old. It was a link from the Yahoo home page showing a shark jumping out of the water to eat a seal. I remember back then it was almost all weird viral videos, and you could only watch in 240p.

It's really hard to continue YouTube channel first time. Collect huge related subscriber, comments, views etc. Day by day improve or increase channel popularity. IF anyone hard work and patient, then he will be the gainer on this platform.

That "Hat Baby" song was going around my department at work, which is, if not the first time I visited YouTube, at least one of the first times.

Given how I was around 6 or 7 when the site first launched, I probably had some sort of interaction with it before this, but what I can remember was when I was around 9, I primarily used it to watch episodes of the 90s Spider-Man cartoon show (seriously, that show was awesome), and let's plays of Star Wars: KoTOR by a guy named asxdefter (awesome old-timey let's player, check him out).

If I remember precisely, I think it was a cat video, but I have no idea which one was it, since nowadays Youtube is flooded with those. Of course, 240p and lots of views, what else would you expect, haha.
