What Should You Do If Your Network Does Not Contact You Back?

Good evening YTtalk. I have been partnered for almost a year now, and I would like to leave my network in good terms. When I announced this to them, because I was a minor I also gave them my birth certificate, and statement proving I would like to leave and had parental permission to do so. They said they would forward it to legal. That was December 16 2014. It has been over a month now and I still have not hear a word back from them. I don't know what Legal is, but would it really take longer than a month to process my papers? Advice on what to do now would be appreciated.

Who is your network? I know a lot of bigger networks tend to take longer because they are dealing with so many people. Did you give them your actual birth certificate or a copy?

The network is Vultra, a sub network of Bent Pixel. I scanned my actual birth certificate and sent it through E-mail.

I've heard of Vultra before, apparently they're really bad at sending replies.. Maybe send them over another email?

Vultra and Bentpixel are reputable as far as I know and it's very very unlikely that they would refuse to release you.

Anyway, you should keep contacting them, it doesn't matter if you seem like you're nagging because you don't want to be partnered with them anymore and if your contract is up they can't hold you in unless you sign another contract or do not give them the notice to leave otherwise it is likely to renew (some networks do this, it's quite fishy).
You should attempt to get in touch with your partnership manager and if there's no luck there get in touch with Bentpixels and Vultra so that the issue goes to both platforms.

Thank you for the advice. I will continue to try to get in contact with them.

I don't know if your network does this but on mine there is an option to live chat with customer support, maybe you could have a look if that is possible with your network or if they can be contacted through Twitter or something like that
