What now?

Hmm yea I've rarely had luck with Facebook I tend to have luck when I do a collab and tag my friend in the post but it's not a whole lot of views. I think it just takes a lot of time unfortunately, but if you stick with it and keep making awesome it's bound to grow! I hope it doesn't discourage you or anything from making videos.

Good thought, collabs are usually a good way to introduce new people to your content :D

It has in the past, but I always came back to it. I'm doing film and stuff at college so I can't exactly abandon it now haha, I'll just have to wait
 
Work on your tags use heartbeat app on chrome and you can see how other people with similar content tag their videos

As weird as it sounds you may wanna try limiting the amount of tags you use if they are pretty much the same. Do you use Tubebuddy? If you don't I would suggest trying it out, it lets you see the tags others use on their videos and it also has a tag searcher so you know which tags are trending and what not. I'd say it's pretty legit, might be worth looking into.

I've been trying to collab with this guy for ages now, but with my channel being a group channel, getting everyone as well as someone else in one place isn't easy :s

there's many ways to collab without actually having to meet in person :P you can script out skits before hand and edit back and forth so it looks like we're talking to each other, there's podcasts, live skype chats, shoutouts, all kinds of stuff :P
