What now?

Well just keep working hard at it. It takes a lot longer than most people think to get noticed. Also I saw that before you latest we video you posted it was four weeks since your last video that is kind of too far apart. In that time people will probably lose interest. Once a week would probably be a better goal. Just a suggestion. :)

It's hard to get my team together a lot and we never have very good ideas. We must have filmed about 7 videos, but none of them were any good :/

I would try working on getting a few more videos out as that does help. I know what you mean when you have a team. Its been a few years and you are still seeing some growth, which is good. I mean, depending on genre, there are people that go years before they hit 100 subs. It happens. Keep your head up and if you enjoy YouTube and content creation, keep going. If you aren't loving it because of stunted growth, it wasn't for you.

Try using the schedule option :D
I know it seems like a stupid tip but the more scheduled your videos are the more likely it will get attention. By scheduled I mean exactly the same day at the exact same time. Lets say your upload day is tuesday at 3pm, you can film it and edit it before then and schedule it for tuesday giving you extra time to work on another video and then repeat the cycle. Depending on how quick it is to do the videos you can have 3 videos done in under 2 weeks and schedule them to upload every tuesday at 3pm. It shows that your channel has a set upload day and from experience this has shown to have an impact on subscribers. And to top it off, the more scheduled and regular it is, the more likely your youtube video will be shown under the "related videos" at the end of a youtube video. I hope this helps!

but barely anything is happening
As far as I know there is always this phase at the beginning where nothing happens.

It might be the biggest thing that separates successful Youtubers from the rest. And it's the persistence even when nothing happens.

ps. I just checked your channel and I believe you should post more content. At least 1 video per week.

First thing is to panic. After you get that out of your system setup a video schedule and work on exposure by joining forums that relate to your channel and spam your videos until moderators ban you.

I know exactly how you feel, overall, I have been doing Youtube for about 4 years now, with about 4 channels, and I have always lost motivation in the first three, but with my newest one, I want to be dedicated, yes I had a hiatus because of exams, but I now want to give Youtube my all. But the only thing Is I find myself stuck for ideas, and frantically trying to think of something to make my next video. I also am slightly saddened when my video doesn't do very well, but I tend to pick myself up from that, purely because I love making them, it's my passion, and to be honest that is the only advice I can give you, love what you do, and I think you will gradually move in the direction you want to be with YouTube. :)
