I think the people who get down about it are taking it to seriously and maybe doing it for different reasons to me
If your doing it for money, fame, subscribers then your going to get down if things don`t take off
However if your doing it just for enjoyment and to entertain or teach people things, then you have no reason to get down
I don`t monetize and value every subscriber i get, which is the whole reason i don`t monetize, i don`t watch my subscriber count
I try to balance my time spent editing with quality, I will spend the time to make a well edited video, but i`m not going to spend endless hours on it
People go to both extremes, you get people upload utter junk, low resolution unedited stuff and you think why bother, then you get others that upload pixel and frame perfect videos with all the pazazz, that you know they spent way too long on
I will always go for a balance of quality and time, where i invest some of my time and enjoy it, but not so much that it becomes a pressure and makes me miserable
