What makes a good Youtube Gamer??

Creativity.

That's it. You can have a s****y voice and make it work. You can be an ugly SOB and make it work. Creativity breeds originality and makes you stand out from the other 100 000 people doing gaming content.

Maybe im wrong but that's what im focusing my efforts into right now for my channel. I already know I look and sound average, but being creative and standing out will hopefully be what helps me grow and interest people. 25 subs on my first day isnt bad :)

Of course this is what I aim for because I believe it makes a good gamer, But other opinions may be useful in improving mine, and other gamers youtube channel

3. Good Personality towards your viewers

You have a good broadcast voice dude, and honestly that goes a long way with this. Having a terrible voice isn't necessarily a dealbreaker, but like with a lot of things if you start off a quarter lap behind then you really gotta work hard to make up the gap.

My thinking is that you don't necessarily need some amazing radio voice or look like a CK model, production doesn't need to be stellar. It just needs to not get in the WAY. As long as you sound good enough that no one's turned AWAY by your voice? You're set.

No lie, I've had to turn off plenty of videos where the person seemed to have a good voice but they kept blowing into the mic and didn't have a pop filter on and it drove me NUTS. It sounded like a good enough mic and the dude's voice wasn't bad at all, but I couldn't listen because of the stupid puffs of air. Augh.
