What makes a good Youtube Gamer??

Hello all, As a gamer myself and for other and future youtube gamers around here, Tell us all in three points what makes a good youtube gamer that will shoot off with subs and subscribes.

Mine are:
1.Good Content (Audio, Video)
2.Channel Art (Banner, Thumbnails)
3.Very Energetic people always get my attention as well

Of course this is what I aim for because I believe it makes a good gamer, But other opinions may be useful in improving mine, and other gamers youtube channel

Sometimes I play adventure games I get confused where to go, so I look up for videos, sometimes the videos are too long to get that point of gameplay

Personality.

Done.

If you have personality it doesn't matter if you're good at gaming or bad at it. The Game Grumps are NOTORIOUSLY terrible at games but people don't care. They watch and are obsessed with 'em. Yamimash built up nearly a million subscribers and his mic and camera quality were HORRIBLE until like a month or so ago. You can get away with a LOT if you yourself are magnetic.

What's the old phrase? You can't polish a turd*.

*I'm not saying anyone is a turd, I mean that you have to put the effort into being watchable and fun, that effort makes the difference.

I'd say the must import things are:
1. High quality content from a technical standpoint, so good mic and clean footage and so on.
2. Strong personality
3. Clear sense of what the video is be it, lets play, comedy, challenge, walkthrough and so on!

1. Definitely personality (Doesn't have to be jumpy and energetic for me)
