What is your "tagging" technique?

I insert some keyword that i think it may lead to my video, and also i make it not universal.. It'll narrowing the search engine to you video.. What i mean is, when you upload video about minecraft, and insert "Minecraft", there are many people did this to their video too. When you type Minecraft, your video will only have small chance to appear at search engine result.

But tagging is not the only thing, there's another thing that have more role in this like your video title, description, etc.

Well yeah anything that has to do with the video really. If it's not a montage, I wouldn't add montage haha. & I'm not sure, maybe 10-15 tags. I just keep adding them until I can't think of anymore.

"Surfing 2013" "Surfing montage" "Best surfing" "pro surfing" "epic surfing" "Surfing California" Or would it be better to do "Surfing" "Best" "Pro" "epic" "California" "2013" All separate? Or both? I heard somewhere that maxing out the tags doesn't really help, and it can do the opposite..[DOUBLEPOST=1372555697,1372555516][/DOUBLEPOST]EurekaVidmak That makes sense. A lot of people would tag "surfing", so maybe "surfing california big waves" or something that narrows it down a little? Or both "surfing" and "california big waves"? Or "surfing" "california" "big" "waves"? I'd go with the first option? And add just normal "surfing" as a tag too? I think I'm making this way more complicated than I need to, but I really want to find the right method.
 
I too tag things that are relevant to the video I'm doing. Though, I honestly tend to lean more towards wrestling based tags. But that's just me. XD Basically whatever is relevant and fits with the video you're uploading. :P
 
I just tag whatever is in my video and title and description that way its easyer to find if u find it without trying to search for it just cuz of its tags the person will probably just ignore it or click it and stay for a sec then leave.
 
I just tag everything related and then also some things vaguely related just in case someone searching something else might find it relevant. E.g. if I did a video for coke, I'd also add pepsi as a tag.
