What is Your Sub/View Ratio?

Analytics>Views>Compare Metric (drop down menu underneath the view count)
Mine seems to range from about 50% to 33% of my daily views. So would that mean the non-unique cookie views means that someone clicked another one of my videos after watching a different one? I'm not 100% sure what that means, lol

A unique cookie is a browser. Each browser (mobile apps are counted even though it says web only) opened is a unique cookie. So if someone opens up chrome and watches 15 videos, it counts as 15 views, but only 1 unique cookie. If someone uses more than one browser, each browser opened would count as a unique cookie. By tracking the number of views you get per day compared with unique cookies, you can estimate how many videos each viewer watches. On a given day, if you have 100k views and 25k unique cookies, each person watched 4 of your videos that day. If your ratio is closer to 1:1, then you need to work on your audience development and implement a few changes to get each person to watch more than one video during their viewing session.

Thanks for the explanation! It seems like my ratio would be better since a ton of my views come from recommended videos which a huge number are from my own videos. I'm just going to pretend that people are assholes and are using 5 different browsers to watch 5 of my videos!

I still have all of you beat so far. I'm wondering if I'll reach 1 million views or 300 subs first, lol. I think 300 subs will win but barely
