just divide your total views by how many subs you have

Sub to view ratio really is an interesting statistic. I would have never thought of something like that. Uh? My sub/view ratio is about 1/66.2

The view to sub ratio doesn't actually tell you anything meaningful because there's no way to tell how many subscribers are actually watching. A much more meaningful metric to watch for daily is views vs unique cookies. That will show you on average how many videos each person watches per day.
