What is wrong with Quizgroup?

my channel still linked with quizgroup agregator network, but till Now they still not paid as they said 23-24 december. what really happen with this network?
No idea! I only have theories as I stated before. Is your payment method information in order? Today is Dec 24th, so I would at least give them till the end of the business day today. Remember also that this is Christmas Eve, and holiday things can slow stuff down.

Yups, I failed to login on the dasboard but i think the QG site still down or mantenance. lets see till the end of this day.

Same problem here I couldn't login with a few of my channels and I see on my channel's dashboard that I was unlinked from QG completely for those channels. I still have a few channels that are still linked with them but how long will that last? I can understand the channels with strikes on them because you can't make money off of those until the account is back in good standing anyways so biggie there but the ones with no strikes should still be partnered. I'm hearing that channels with no copyrighted content on them got pulled too which is strange.

I also got the Dec. 23-24 payment notification and no money was sent but I got some money not all of it in Payoneer this morning because I knew how much money I made in November.

This is really frustrating because a lot of us were just fresh off the whole they don't pay through Paypal anymore incident and it took me a while to finally get my money from August-October and now this happens.

I'm a bit nervous now that the money that was owed to me from November is not going to get paid now if I'm no longer linked with QG through those channels because all of money monetization data is gone too as if the channels never made money.

I don't know what to do right now but I'll wait until next week as well. I was thinking of resigning the ones in good standing up but now I'm not so sure if that would be smart to do. Hopefully it's a glitch but I doubt it. QG better have some answers on this one.

Well I similar the same story in September - they told me my channel was "terminated" which was bs of course and they blocked the dashboard and the day after unlinked the channel and never paid... BIG SURPRISE it's going on again. SORRY but I wish them all THE WORST this Christmas! :]

Hey people, I just found a thread on another forum (which I will not name here) regarding this, which makes it look even more likely that YT is in process of killing QG as a YouTube network; if you look at the thread, the reason will be obvious. Google "Quizgroup unlinking channels" and you will find that thread near the bottom of the first page of results.

There a couple of other things QG members can do. One comment from each unlinked member to the discussion thread on the actual QG channel would be quite a few comments indeed, and has a microscopic chance of getting their attention; I started you off, though I am not a QG member myself. And I just found out that someone has actually started a petition on Change dot org regarding the situation. Don't try the Google Product Forums, they have already proved they are less than useless; telling the QG members who came there asking questions to "Contact Quizgroup support for this matter". I replied to the forum mod who said that that the QG members were coming there because QG Support wasn't answering member emails.

Pretty funny, some of the posters in this thread are posting over there with the same info and the nature of their stolen copyrighted content.

So there is even more of a chance that my original diagnosis is correct, and QG is about to be killed as a network for allowing flagrant piracy?

This would be a first. I looked at some youtube video about it and on their youtube page their connect channels number keeps going down. In the video made there weer 105k connected channels, checked now and its down to 100k even. Would be a first where youtube shut down an MCN and mass unlinked (but the unlinking isn't instant it seems). That or quizgroup how a harsh warning/strikes and is now i nthe process of purging every channel that is a liability with its stolen content (which they profited and allowed for years) in an attempt to save it.

Edit: watching a russian made video, apperantly quiz group was liquidated in november of 2015 so i wonder who's running it right now.

Yes, I had been following the news about this underhanded outfit, and wondering if YT would ever sit up and take notice. Now I wonder if YT itself got "stung"; perhaps by such as FIFA, UEFA, and major broadcasters threatening suit unless YouTube started disciplining its partner networks?

I actually think that YouTube has indeed killed another couple of networks for the same thing in the past few months after the policy change. I will look into this, and I hope you don't mind if I Inbox you with the search results. Need lunch first though!

If anything, it's facebook who needs a major lawsuit on its a** considering how much damn video footage is stolen on there with no system to take it down fast.
