You forgot to mention to post regularly. I made the mistake of not doing that and have gone 7 months until I reached 75 subs! I had 83 before too. If you don't post often, people'll forget about you.

I have been at youtube for almost 2 years and have slowed down to a stupid rate... I used to get 50 subs and month and now I barely get 3. I try the latest games. Upload 7-5 days a week and talk to almost all my subs on twitter. Just its came to a stand still and don't know what to do :/
