What has been your hardest struggle lately?

I mainly do guitar lessons.

For me, the hardest thing is to get the balance right between posting advanced stuff that only a few people will "get", but I know the content is original vs posting more basic stuff that will appeal to more players, but I know that there is probably already content out there that covers it.

For me, it's having ideas that are well beyond what we're able to do with the time, equipment and (quite frankly) talent we have behind the camera. We're getting better at our craft every day, but there are a ton of things I'd like to do that are beyond what I can do just now. So a lot of the time, I wind up scaling back the ideas I have, or making something that fits a bit better within the bounds of what's possible.

my planning with shooting and writing out my videos. I am so used to winging videos that right now I'm struggling with getting myself to sit down and focus on scripts and shot list and actors so I can give out good quality funny videos efficiently every week if not more

For me it's balance,

I love doing YouTube and I'm glad that I don't currently have issues with motivation or ideas but it's balancing things.

I'm learning to manage my time more effectively, because I need to go to work, gym, football, and run a YouTube channel.

I've combined football with YouTube which is good and has actually got me a good amount of views and subscribers, just need to make the most out of every hour in the day now.

Another thing for me is trying to be a bit different, my channel is similar to many others so I need to increase my production value, get better on camera, and try some new ideas I've been thinking of. It's a learning curve and it might take a year or two to find an idea that really sticks, but I'm enjoying the journey!

At one point my biggest struggle was that I tried to keep my YouTube from people, but now I don't really care and I've had lots of support and my mates have been getting in the videos too which is decent!

My biggest struggle with YouTube recently (and for the past 4 years) has been trying to get my channel out of the dark period at the start. For the past 4 years I've been trying to build my channel yet it's still only at 146 subscribers.
