What does the little Heart do for video comments?

I noticed just there that video comments now have a little heart button aswell as the like and dislike ones. What does the little Heart do for video comments?

I think it's cool if you don't spam every comment you get with hearts. This gives your fans a little more incentive to make more thoughtful comments.
