What do you want to accomplish on YouTube ?

This is 100% a hobby for me. I've been doing theater for over 30 years, and I've done it professionally for a number of them, but it's much more fulfilling to me when I do it as a side thing, because if I am in theater full-time, then some of the magic is gone.

I suspect some of that would be the same for YouTube. I love making videos, but knowing I can walk away from it anytime it stops being fun keeps it fun, if that makes any sense. I'm thrilled with the number of subscribers I have (and with any who choose to join me in the future) and I've gotten paid a little bit of money from it, but I don't think my weirdo channel is going to support me fully ever, and that's probably just fine.

I want to accomplish fame and be a millionaire. I actually just want to have fun while making my videos.

LMBO ! I like this answer[DOUBLEPOST=1459391436,1459391259][/DOUBLEPOST]
I honestly just enjoy the satisfaction of sharing knowledge & promoting the games I think I'll enjoy.

My youtube channel even as small as it is has opened up so many things for me, Letting me talk to developers of the games I've covered. As well as making me well known in the community's of the games I cover.

Currently If I had to pick a goal It would be gaining a subscriber base so when I have an interview or cover a game many people don't know about I make a difference. And of course being able to join a network, I think having extra tools from certain networks would help my content alot.

Thanks an awesome answer!! I feel the same way. I love being on YouTube and I would love to gain more subscribers to make a difference. I checked out your channel :) Great videos.[DOUBLEPOST=1459392916][/DOUBLEPOST]
I'm searching for something that makes the difference of that could help someone :)

for sure... I use It also for work and hobby ^^
Me too :)

I wish to be able to do this as a source of income as well as teaching others and be able to make someones day better with my videos :)

Sadly most of the Talented Youtubers have lower subs count, but I am sure we will be able to achieve success on YouTube. I want to achieve atleast 100K subs, so that I can relax and work less harder on my channel. To achieve this goal, quality of the content is most important and ways of promoting the video is another factor.

I want to have an impact on a considerable portion of this world with my channel. I eventually want to branch out into apparel and book writing. The sky's the limit!

I'd have to share Mr Danny's thoughts. While I like the idea of getting paid to do what I love, I hate the necessary fame aspect to making it in music, so I'm more or less trying to treat my work as a hobby.

I've always had a drive to make things and express myself, either through writing, art or anything really. Youtube is perfect for that, to give my ideas life and become more skilled at editing and animation. Maybe it will take me somewhere someday, it's fun to ponder over that. Right now it's just something fun to take my mind off real life troubles.
