What do you use to make thumbnails?

Hey i had the same question you did. I found a free program you can use to make your thumbnail it's called pixlr. type it in to google and you start from there.
 
I use a screen grab. I pause my vid at a point I like take a screen grab and use that for the thumb nail. Not very exciting but quick and easy.

I use GIMP because I did not want to buy Photoshop right now. I do find it lacking some features that Photoshop does have, but all in all it matches what I need for the moment.
 
Well you have tons of programs to use like, Paint, PhotoShop, GIMP. I use Photoshop, because I'm used to it and it's quite easy to work with.
