What do you use to make thumbnails?

Photoshop for days.

Photoshop I feel is the best out there, might not be free but my god is it worth the money and well worth learning aswell.​
 
I use Photoshop for my edesign job so I just use it on thumbnails now too. I pay for it monthly.
 
Photoshop all the way! I use it for my drawings as well as picture edits, even if there are some better programs for drawing out there. I plan on learning some Cinema 4d for some 3d picture thumbnails and some adobe after effects as well :)
 
The TubeBuddy thumbnail generator. I find a frame from the video, zoom where I want, and add text. That's a recent improvement from my previous method. Before I just found a frame from the video and that was it.
 
I'm a GIMP boy myself, with a little Blender thrown in for good measure. I'm getting ready to test out a "new" (well, new for me) drawing tablet that I picked up recently and see if that helps me improve my thumbnails.
