100, hands down. After that you grow way faster. Some pick up subs like crazy, others just steadily grow and some... well... they stay stagnant for whatever reason. I went from 0 to ~880 in a year and a half. But it took me about a year to get to 100 subscribers. So I can clearly state that 100 is the most difficult one to attain.

But if you stare yourself blind on the numbers... well... That ruins the fun for me.

It seems like the consensus is 100. I'm nowhere near there and its definitely a struggle. I enjoy what I do though, I post 4 times a week regardless.

momentum helps, but they are all difficult in my opinion. Passing 100 feels the most rewarding to me

I found 1000 harder than 100 which is different to most peoples experiences :')

I would have to say the first 100 (although since I have not hit 100 yet I am only guessing) That will be a big number for me I feel.

100 for me, took around a year to get to that, now less than a year following the 100 mark I'm above 500.

I was actually surprised that I passed 100 subscribers. At about 300 I got the feeling that they were rolling in more regularly but that may have come from the fact that I started to get into social media. So I guess 100 is much harder to make for most than later milestones.
