What are your YouTube goals for 2016?

What are you aiming to achieve on YouTube this year? Do you have a subscriber/view goal?
My end of year goal is 250 subscribers (I need about 100 more) . I'm also aiming to keep uploads regular, because that's always been a big help when it comes to YouTube growth.

Ambitious however, I am looking to break the 500 subs mark as well as uploading a minimum of one video daily.

I hope you get 500 ^^. I prefer to aim slightly lower in terms of goals. I'd rather reach a goal early than feel discouraged because I didn't meet the goal. I admire your ambition though

My Goals for 2016: Lean to make better Videos and how to 'play' YouTube. Also, keep uploading consistantly.
I usualy try not to set Goals in Terms of subscribers or view (even if this is the ultimate Goal).

Social blade projects I'll have 1800 subs by then. So I'll try to surpass it and aim for 2.5k
