What an earth is this???

The way the 'Sub Network' thing works is based on Referrals since you would be receiving income from whatever money they are making. So it wouldn't be a 'scam' as others have said, not necessarily a 'Pyramid Scheme' either.
You're getting paid to promote a Link, exactly like Ad.fly

SO you wont be able to make your own network for example like tiny galaxy which is a sub network of fullscreen..... right?

so basicly.. you sign up with them.. and in your videos post a link to where people can buy the game.. if someone buys it you make $1.. I see how this could be good.. but most of the people that watch videos on youtube.. ALREADY HAVE THE GAME!

I think you'd be surprised at the amount of people that would participate though. It reminds of when a famous YouTuber will post their referral link to Tribes or LoL and end up getting a ton of referral points. Now replace the points with real cash and I can see the incentive to sell out.

You only get paid if the user actually starts playing the game (signs up), which is why it's a relatively high amount. Looks legit, but could make for some tiresome videos where the creator constantly asks the viewer to signup via their link.

Plus it looks like only 50 or so games are "active" at once to make money from, so there'll be some serious content saturation if it got popular. They could get more active though I suppose if they grew.
